Information Letter Autumn 1 2023

Key Text: What I  Look Like, We Are All Different, Families and My Daddies

We have been sharing photographs of ourselves as babies and talking about members of our wonderful families such as our parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins! We have been recreating them using natural resources as well as experimenting with different materials to mark make.

Acorn class had a great time at their first Forest School session of the year! We had the opportunity to explore the woods, climb some trees and create some potions.  Using materials found in the woodland area such as sycamore leaves and sticks, we created some headbands and dragonflies.

We’ve been on a colour hunt around our nursery! We have been naming and exploring colours by adding white and black to them to create different shades for our art projects.
