Harvest Collection

A massive thank you to you all for your donations. It took two cars to get all items there and the staff were so very grateful. They couldn’t believe how much food was given. Framework put the following message online:

“A Huge thanks to our friends at Trent Vale and Beeston Rylands for collecting a huge amount of food at their recent harvest festival. This was all donated to our Step up supported housing service in Derbyshire, who were extremely grateful to receive it.

We are so proud of the young people who support our work in such a variety of ways . You all make a huge difference to the lives of the people we support. We couldn’t do what we do without you ! ”

On Wednesday the 5th October 2022 our schools were visited by local officers from Broxtowe South Police.

At BRJS they shared what anti social behaviour looked like and how we could be supportive of our local community. We had looked at British Values in a previous assembly and in particular the rule of law. The officers also spent time with the children at playtime.

At Trent Vale the officers spent time in the classrooms talking to the children about what they do. It was a super hero dress up day for the children and the officers being there made it perfect – real life super heroes!

It was brilliant!
